Once you place an order, it typically takes 2-3 days to design and complete, ready for either pickup or shipping. If you need your personalized items sooner for a special occasion, please contact us. We can often prepare orders for pickup earlier depending on our current workload. While we do our best to process and dispatch orders quickly, we have no control over shipping times once the package leaves our facility.
